Noble Hotel, Taipei ?

We%26#39;re planing to visit a friend who is a teacher at the Taipei American School. We want to stay at a hotel near by. The feeling hotel was booked out so The Noble hotel was recommended. I can%26#39;t find any information about this hotel, any help will be great.
