airport to Grand hotel

Could someone please tell me the best way to get from the airport to the Grand hotel in Taipei? The hotel is supposed to have a shuttle service, but I don%26#39;t know if it%26#39;s reliable or too expensive. Would we be better off taking a taxi, or just use the MRT system. We arrive early 6:00AM on weekday -- not sure if this eliminates (or suggests) an option.

The fare is very reasonable @ NTD90 per head and you should take it as it is most convenient:

Forget the taxi @ NTD1100, It is really not worth it.

There is no MRT To and From the TTIA.
