wonder if anyone apply for digital tour buddy before? Can it be use like a pre paid sim card which we can call any number in taiwan / another digital tourbuddy? or only certain number? thanks

yes, u can. In fact, wat i did was take out the sim card and use it with my own pda phone.

Since you already have a sim given to you with the DB, TOP up is cheaper from NTD100 up.Dont forget to ask them which carrier they are using.
