Hotels near Taichung & Chia-yi HSR

I am going to Taiwan in Feb next yr and I am sourcing for hotels now. Would welcome any suggestions on affordable hotels near Taichung HSR and Chia-yi HSR.

Hotels near Taichung %26amp; Chia-yi HSR

These two hotels are located in Wurih Township, near to Taichung HSR Station. I do not know how good their services as I have not stayed at these hotels.
