Assuming that the Forest railway is in operation, how long does it take to get by taxi from Chiayi HSR station to the Forest Railway Station in Chiayi?

Free shuttle buses depart Chiayi HSR Station (in Taibao city) to Chiayi Railway Station in Chiayi downtown, a distance of approx. 12 km, at regular intervals of 20 mins. Travel time: About 30 mins. A car鈥檚 drive should take about 15~20 mins.
