Countdown Party

I will go countdown at Taipei 101 this year but I have some question to ask. ^^

1. What time should I arrive at the celebration area?? If I want to see the concert and have a great impression of the firework

2. Will the subway trains operate all night til next morning?

3. How crowd will it be? Will it possible for me to leave the area right after the firework done and back to the place near Taipei Main Station by 2.3o am?

4. Who will perform this year?

Be there by 7 or 8 as it gets really crowded afterwards and by 10 the place would be jam packed.

Yes, subway would operate late for this special day, and yes, u could get back to the main station by 2.30 but not sure if u would still be in one piece; the MRT would be very very crowded.

2. The subway (MRT) will operate continuously from 12/31 to 1/1.

3. It will be very, very crowded. If arrive early and are close to the stage at Taipei City Hall, it will take you probably 45 min just to get back to the Taipei City Hall MRT station. Then you will probably wait for 1-1.5 hour to get on to a train. My guess is that you will arrive at Taipei Train Station around 2:30am.
