Taiwan Trip - 3 weeks starting Feb 2nd

Hello All,

I will be visiting Taiwan for the first time - Feb 2nd to Feb 20th. I%26#39;ll be there for business but I anticipate plenty of free time - I%26#39;ll have at least two weekends and also the nights after work.

I%26#39;m not Taiwanese so I won%26#39;t have the culture and language advantage.

I';ll be staying in Taipei - but I would love to branch out over the weekends.

What places would you advise me to visit? I have a list of places in Taipei - so I guess what other places would you recommend outside of Taipei? Here is my list so far:

1. Chang Kai Shek Memorial Hall

2. Shihlin Night Market

3. Yangming Park

4. Taipei 101

5. Taipei Lion Head Mountain

6. National Palace Museum

7. Lungshan Temple

8. Fulung Beach

In addition would you have any tips for some books that I can purchase to get a feel for the language etc.

northeastern coastal park, yieliu geologic park, jiufen, jinguashi, Danshui (for sunset)are places in Taipei county that are worth looking into.

Fulung beach are more suitable in summer.

I am trying to go to the Taiwan Grand Mosque. I will be staying close to the MRT Peitou Station in the KG Suites there.

How would I get to the Taipei Grand Mosque. Its address is:
