Free wifi hotspots in Taipei?

Would like to find out if anyone has a list/advice where one can get free wifi connections in Taipei city, Taiwan.

I saw lots of people use their computers in McDonald ,Burger king and coffee shops,but I don%26#39;t know it%26#39;s free or not.

thanks lu24759! I think I read somewhere that there%26#39;s this WiFly service available but its chargeable and you can buy ';minutes'; from outlets like Starbucks, etc.

Any more advice where I can access free wifi?

Hi, you can buy minutes from 7/11 about NTD99 for 110 mins was a recent offer. There are Free sites but I am not sure where. :
