Just back from TW.. My friend did asked me what had impressed me the most in TW. Without hesitation, I replied '; Their quality service';. Without any doubts, the taiwanese had impressed me with their services. Godd quality and is from their ';heart';

Yeah, I hold the same sentiment.Its much better than our %26#39;by the rules%26#39; attitude in Sing.

Not sure if it is %26#39;from the heart%26#39; , but their idea of service sure does go a bit further in trying to please the customer.

That%26#39;s the first thing my husband said when he got there too! Then immediately on our flight back on American Airlines he said ';There goes our customer service';... it%26#39;s pretty much night and day. =o)

Majority of the Taiwanese have the right attitude in their basic mannerism.I think it is the way thy were brought up. It is something I noticed when I first visited Taiwan back in 1979 and one that has not changed at all in the last 24 years.

It is truly wonderful.
