strawberry farm.. shilin or nahu better?

my cousin requested for strawberry farm in our oncoming trip next week. i have been to the one in na hu which is kind out out (but was really fun the last time we went last year)... was thinking of trying out the one in shilin district this time but all the direction diecting there seems so complicated and confusing... anyone can give me simple and clear diection to travel there?

check online that there is only strawberry in seasons now. is it true?

I have visited the strawberry farm in Bi Shan Li, Neihu but yet to visit the strawberry farm in Ping Deng Li 平等里 near Yang Ming Shan in Shihlin District.

Public transport to Ping Deng Li:

Alight at Jiantan MRT Station and transfer to minibus S19 to Ping Deng Li. The same bus can also be boarded outside Shihlin MRT Station.

Alternatively, board Capital 首都客運 bus 303 displaying its destination “大龍峒-303-平等里” at Jiantan or Shilin MRT Stations.

Check with the bus driver on the nearest bus stop to alight and walk to the strawberry farms.

The strawberry season is in the cool months of December to March / April. Strawberry picking commonly takes place from January to February, although it’s possible a month before or after the season.

thank you for the info, will check out the one in pend deng li in this trip and feed back to all of u if which is of a better choice.

Actually, there are strawberry farms in almost all the counties but most famous is the one in Dahu, Maioli. It is , however, quite a lot of travelling from Taipei.

If you are going to the strawberry farm in Ping Deng Li (平等里) near Yang Ming Shan in Shihlin District, you can take the MRT train to Jiantan or Shilin Stations. Board minibus S19 or bus 303 as earlier posted to the farm. Estimated cab fare from Jiantan or Shilin MRT Station to farm: About NT$230~NT$250
