Yangmingshan & Northeast Coast in one day?

Is it possible? If I set off early, I could possibly cover Yangmingshan by lunch? Then the afternoon I can go Yehlu, Jinshan Old Street and end up in Keelung Miaokou in the evening?

What is the best way to get from Yangmingshan to Yehliu or Jinshan?
