Slove or Keyman Hotel, please advice

Hi,

Ok, I know I have been hotel hopping. But now I have ended with only 2 options left. One is slove and the other is Keyman.

I have heard nothing bad about Keyman except their hard beds. Surprisingly, they still have a number of rooms left for my period of stay.

As for slove, I heard a HK woman died there. Now that really make me alert. May I know since the hotel is open May 2008, when did the incident happen? But they are almost fully book!!!

So may I know, for the TPE experts and those who have stayed in these 2 hotels, which one would you prefer or recommend?

I have been offered East Dragon but prefer to stay near the Taipei Main Station and the bus terminal so I can go to the airport easier.

I think still stick with SLOVE.

Haha. Because, I have read up and many have postive feedbacks on SLOVE.

As to someone who died there, I guess as long as people exist in any place, there is a chance of such mishap happening. Be it in a club/pub, hotel, or even in a shopping mall.

Many singapore hotels have their fair share or such incidents too.

So I will just say lets be more positive and if our concious is clear, nothing to be afraid off :D

Besides, people who once lodged at SLOVE did not complain of any weird things happending.

I never stayed Slove before but Onestar (See You Hotel) last Dec.08. Before I booked Onestar did check this forum and undertand Slove Hotel, very impressed by their hotel room design, but last still go for Onestar.

I had noticed Slove Hotel during walking around Onestar, this Slove Hotel is 3rd.FL of one of the building, and this building quite old if view from outside. I didn%26#39;t check actual hotel condition cannot comment, only say that don%26#39;t expect a nice looking of this hotel.

Ive booked with Keymans but they said they%26#39;d want a deposit fee to be paid online. Or my reservation but will be a secured booking.. Anyone encounter this before?

Can I know if there are any buses from airport that drops at Keyman itself? I understand that the Kuo Kwang bus from Taoyuan airport goes to the terminal which is just 5min away. But bcos we%26#39;re carrying luggage and all, just wondering if there is a more convenient option!

Slove looks good from the website! Too bad its fully booked for my travelling dates next week!

I booked Slove and similarly, they asked me to book online. After which, I must send them my credit card details for my deposit.

I guess most of the hotels now wanna work this way.

But according to someone, you can demand to pay only when you arrive by negotiating over the phone.

Ha, but i still wanna play safe and pay my deposit first. Up to u.
