Where to see spring blooms?

So there is Yangmingshan, but where else would be good places to see beautiful colorful spring blooms? Does Taipei have a botanical garden? What about further from taipei? Are the parks/gardens known for spectacular spring blooms or even vast wilderness with wild flowers? Thanks.

Crazybun, I also don%26#39;t recommend minsu cos there%26#39;s no QC for these private hospitality.It is, however , very popular with forummers here. Maybe u could post the names of the minsu you are interested in n I could help u with their location?
