Other than Mr Looi

He%26#39;s not available for the date I have chosen. He did offer to ask another driver to take me, but I%26#39;m not sure. Anyone has used Mr Looi%26#39;s recommended drivers before? Any experience to share?

If not, which other taroko drivers have gotten good reviews lately?

I%26#39;ve send many of my friends to him, only once did he take them himself(bussiness too good).Seems they were all quite pleased with the other drivers, no one complained so far.

As for other drivers, do a search on Mr Chen Guang Far, some forummers had recommended him but there were some complaint posts some time back on this driver, so you just judge for yourself.

The cabbie is Mr Zheng recommended by Ms Liu. He is really good and funny. He will bring you to places of interest which locals will go and places which locals will eat to help you save cost. He even provide options of what places of interests you like before deciding how to plan the itinery so as to fully utilize the days you spent at Hualien.

Just let him know 周小姐 recommend should be alright... hehehe hope he remembers me.. cos only i will eat the 槟榔 (bing lang) with him.. hahahaha

Thanks, Maria and Nuttyazn. Good to know of the alternatives. Mr Zheng sounds interesting. Anyway, I managed to re-plan my itinerary and fit into Mr Looi%26#39;s schedule. Hope there are no last minute changes from him.
