Where to pick up used Seiko/Ciizen watches in Taichung?

Hi,

I am spending time in Taiwan (Taichung) and want to go to markets to pick up some second hand watches (mainly Seiko/Citien/Casio as I collect them),I can travel about but am based in Taichung.

Where is the best place to go? Night markets? Flea markets? Any ideas please?
