How cold is Taroko Gorge last week of Feb?

I last visited Taroko Gorge 5 years ago on a new year%26#39;s day and the temp was extremely cold. That time was an unusual cold front and that night I remember my minsu owner telling me Hualien is about 5 deg C.

Now I am going again in the last week of Feb, I wonder how cold Taroko will be. Any idea? Need to prepare clothing.
