Comfort Level - Wonstar (XMD) vs MiYi

Hi everyone,

Need a little help here.

I%26#39;ll like to find out more abt the comfort level in both Wonstar (XiMenDing) %26amp; Miyi (Taipei Stn).

Location-wise, I%26#39;m ok with either so that%26#39;s not really a factor here. Would really like to find out which one is more comfortable.

I%26#39;m asking this as the feedback I%26#39;ve read so far are very general in nature to indicate that hotel is %26#39;Good%26#39; but can%26#39;t really tell their characters from the feedback.

Can someone who stayed at both or either one provide some feedback regarding these 2 hotels in terms of cleanliness of room, comfy of bed, deco, breakfast etc? I%26#39;m looking at the Deluxe rooms with WINDOWS cos I%26#39;ll feel claustrophobic without one...

Any feedback is deeply appreciated.

Wonstar at XMD is definitely newer but trust me Miyi issnt that bad as well. In terms of the bed, bed sheets are clean and comforty. Breakfast is good at Miyi as it%26#39;s serve at a cafe beside the hotel. In terms of location, i personally prefer Miyi cos its at the Taipei Main station, easy for me to move around with my bags when i travel via the trains/ high speed rail. But if you prefer somewhere more happening, then Wonstar in XMD is better for u.

Hmmm...in that case since they both seem to provide the same level of comfort, quality %26amp; service then Miyi does sounds like a better deal since it is slightly cheaper priced than Wonstar.

Hi anyone book Wonstar @ xmd ( I assume its the wonstar Chung hua road, pls advise if i am wrong) before?

I have book the hotel last week, and have gave my credit card details online, was quite surprise when I recd my CC bill this week, the transaction have aldy went thru. Cos other hotels I went, they will only get the CC details to %26#39;hold%26#39; the amount, but will not charge until I have finish my stay. Is that the normal practice? Cos, I am only travelling in April, and according to the website, I can cancel the reservation 10days in advance. But if they charge my CC bill, how am I to cancel? Just curious about this, I dun have intention to do any cancellation... (at this moment)

What is their refund policy? Maybe you can try to find out from Wonstar?
