Clothing Advice for travelling in February

Like to check, what kind of clothing is suitable for travelling in February for the next 2 weeks (12-24 Feb)? Seems like the average temperature should be in range of 15-22 C.

Will a normal T-shirt plus a long coat/ jacket suffice?

It should be fine as the weather over the last few days have been great. However, if you have long sleeves inner vest, just carry a couple incase there is a cold front that may come about suddenly.
