Hi, am planning a trip to taipei late feb/mar. anyone can advise where%26#39;s a scenic place to visit to see the cherry blossom? Also, a decent 4* hotel or service apartment to recommend? Tks!!

serviced apartments here are very very expensive but also very good. Agora Gardens is the only one that caters to short term lease, AFAIK.

Am planning to cover the following places:

- Hualien

- Alishan

- Sun Moon Lake

- Xi Men Ting

- Danshui

Will be there for about 6 days.

Any suggestion for an itinerary planned around these places? What%26#39;s logical to visit first?

Except for Ximending and Danshui, which can be done over a 2D1N stay in Taipei, the other spots will require hours of traveling and at least 2D1N in each place. Since Hualien is on one side of the island and Alishan and SML are on the other, it will require quite a bit of time and energy to cover both sides of the island in one visit.
