Hotel Recommendations

Hi,

May I request TPE experts or anyone to recommend me a decent hotel?

Since this is my first time going to TPE, I hope the hotel to be near the MRT station. It need not to be fanciful but cleanliness is important. It will be best that easy access to major tourist spot.

My budget is about NT1600 per night including tax. I wonder is this reasonable.

I will be there around 22nd March for 5 days. May I know how will the weather be like then?

Also, there are 5 wonstar/onestar hotel. May I know which is the most recommended?

I%26#39;m thinking of trying out 2 hotels. 3 nights before departing for Hualien and another 4 nights after that. We plan to stay in the same room (3 adults %26amp; a 13th month old baby).

The criteria we are looking for are as below,

- located at convenient location

- with lift (my mom can%26#39;t climb too many floors)

- safe to walk around at night

- with kettle in the room

- with either bath tub or a removable shower head to bathe baby

- Freego or GuoGuang bus do stop/pickup at the hotel

I have shortlisted a few hotels but not sure whether do they meet all the above. Please kindly advise. Thank you.

- Ta Shun (Deluxe Suite with wood tatami)

- Rainbow (Deluxe Three-Person Room)

- Future Star Hotel (璞彲鍥涗汉濂楁埧) %26lt;-- This looks nice %26amp; cheap but read the review saying it%26#39;s not suitable for family. Anyone knows why?

- East Dragon (Deluxe Triple)

- Onestar Hotel (Deluxe or VIP room)

Ta Shun (Deluxe Suite with wood tatami) is spacious and could be what you need as I had people stay in that room. However, it is more expensive than your NTD1,600 budget
