Like to check if anyone knows about the rates at this salon? Im actually planning to walk-in without any appointment, would most salons enterain walk-in customers?

Also, I would like to ask if Im calling from TW using a SG number, hwhat is the number combination to:

- call back to SG

- call to Taipei/Kaohsiung/Taichung

Thanks for your reply.. Just wondering if I get a prepaid card in Taiwan for calling local and overseas, would it be cheaper?

And would the number combination still be same except drop 886 for the three cities?
